Mix and Match, Take 1.

Here, I will be trying out some ideas by mixing my characters, seeing how I can get them to interact. So, if you don't like it, I'm afraid it's just a little bit too bad. ^_^ Enjoy, if you will.

Her vision was blurred by her forming and leaving tears, her left arm being bloodied and left almost useless to her, for it was, indeed, broken. A bit lower than her wrist, more like a miss of the elbow, hence the original target of the blow that caused it. She has bright green eyes and a usually blind innocence about her, but not so much right now. Her shoulder rests to a cool stone wall while she faces the cage-like door before her. This was, of course, the 'jail' of these times. Two, slim black cat-ears a placed to her head, lowered and pressing to her long, raven black hair and a long, black cattail was motionlessly at her side. Her clothing consisted of the color black, loose to her, and pretty much worn out by time. A slight ruffling and then a light whisper is heard behind her, at the only source of light there is, the barred window. Her blurred eyes look up to the window to see the facial features of a boy, he looked about sixteen years and had very pale skin. She also noticed that it was already nightfall. The boy appeared to have short, almost a blood red color of hair, and it was sticking up, as if it was always on end. What else she could see was a forest green colored tunic, and that was about it.

"I can't believe they actually chased you down.." The whispering from the boy is heard, he himself had light brown eyes and his gaze seemed to fall to her arm. "And they hurt you? Can you even move your arm?"

She couldn't really believe that the boy wasn't yelling the curses at her for the half demon inheratage that they seemingly believed as full. But to answer him, she lightly shakes her head, if she were to speak.. Her voice would quaver, possibly break, this was the quieter way to respond.

"Hmm.. It might be broken, my older brother knows a lot about medicine, he taught me some too. You are Kasuka, I believe?" He was asking her, he was being rough, or loud like the others had been.

She lightly nods as a reply, her tears having stopped, or slowed, rather. Her gaze to the boy that was speaking to her, he had some mark of sorts to his forehead, she couldn't tell what it meant though.

"I'm Rikkan, by the way, and I've come to help you, Kasuka. Don't you want out?" He was asking, and a lightness was to his eyes, almost a defiance, as in he would do this. "I'll only free you if you want to be."

She nods lightly, keeping her silence as in fear that the one there to watch her might wake with a sense as to not be too happy with the 'cat girl' as they call her, getting help, or attention. But this was it, she was going to be freed!
